Do you have WiFi?
Yes, simply register on your device online. Your first hour is free and you pay from the second hour onwards. Our friendly staff at reception will be happy to help with any further information.
Remember: You are choosing a holiday in a rural location. Our broadband service is also rural! You may find it slow, intermittent or simply unavailable. We are sorry for any inconvenience but are not able to guarantee the service.
Can I book online?
Yes: visit www.gillespie-leisure.co.uk and click ‘book online’. You’ll also find the book now button at the top of this page.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes, we’ll email you a confirmation of your booking. Please have a read over it and ensure all the information is correct.
What does the holiday home I’ve hired for the week include?
Power, water, heating, television, bedding including bed sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases, equipped kitchen, accommodation for two to six people and space for one vehicle. They all have verandas and outdoor furniture too.
What do I need to bring?
Towels, tea towels, food and fun.
When can I check in?
Any time after 4pm. If you’re going to be late please let us know to allow us to make alternative arrangements for access. If you arrive earlier and the accommodation is ready, you’re of course very welcome to move in. If the accommodation is not available you are welcome to use our facilities while you wait.
When is check out?
Check out is by 10am on the day of your departure.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, we love dogs and welcome them on-site. Please inform us when booking that you wish to bring your dog and we will ensure that we put you in our pet friendly accommodation. They’ll have a great time.
Remember to keep your dog(s) on a lead whilst in the park for those who may be afraid of them. Please bring Fido’s bed/cage as pets are not allowed on our seating and bedding. Do not leave her/him alone in the holiday home.
How many pets can I bring?
Two pets is the maximum you can bring for our hire accommodation.
Can I smoke in the holiday home?
No. All of our holiday accommodation and public buildings are non-smoking.
Is the Park accessible for all?
Our small shop, undercover wash up area and disabled toilet are wheelchair accessible.
Are the hire accommodation, facilities and activities available all year round?
The Park’s hire accommodation, facilities and activities are available from 1st April to 31st October. Weather dependant the heated outdoor pool (for customers staying on the park) is open from end of May till mid-September.
Are there irons and ironing boards in the accommodation?
No, you can find them in the laundrette at the toilet block.
Can we hire cots and highchairs?
Yes of course. Cots and high chairs are available to hire at an additional charge, subject to availability. Please request at time of booking to avoid disappointment. Cots can be accommodated in the living room or where possible in place of a single bed. Please bring your own cot linen.
Will there be heating in our holiday accommodation?
Yes, included in the hire charge.
Is there parking next to my holiday accommodation?
Can I request a certain holiday home?
Of course and as long as it’s available, it’s yours… Otherwise we’ll do our best to find you something equivalent.
Will I have a sea view?
Some holiday homes do and for those that don’t, you are literally minutes away.
Is cooking equipment included and will there be a microwave?
Yes. Our holiday accommodation comes with pots, pans, utensils, cutlery and all have fridges, hobs, grills, ovens and microwaves.
Can I be next to my friends and family?
Let us know when you book and we’ll do our best to place you as near to each other as possible.
How many people can stay in the holiday home?
Our two bedroom holiday homes cater up to four; three bedroom homes cater for up to six people.
